We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our on-site Health Center team in Dallas, Texas, providing high-quality, compassionate care to client employees in a supportive workplace health setting. This role offers an exceptional work-life balance with no nights, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities, along with predictable weekday hours. The position features a flexible schedule Monday through Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., totaling approximately 20–21 hours per week, making it an ideal opportunity for a nursing professional looking to step away from hospital burnout while continuing to make a meaningful impact on employee health and well-being.

What You’ll Do
- Assesses patient care needs, conducts nursing evaluations, and provides treatment within scope of practice
- Collaborates with physicians and other healthcare practitioners for further medical evaluation and care as needed
- Performs and documents medical tests, screenings, and treatments as defined in site contract (EKG, audiometry, spirometry, vision)
- Administers medications and emergency care within legal scope of practice
- Maintains medical equipment, ensures a clean and safe environment, and follows infection control procedures
- Maintains patient health records to ensure accurate and up-to-date records
- Educates patients on health promotion and participates in follow-up care
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Certificate from an accredited Nursing School or associate degree (A.S.) is required; Bachelor's degree (BSN) from four-year college or university is preferred
- Currently licensed Registered Nurse in state of practice required
- Current certification with hands-on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
- Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN/COHN-S), Emergency Nursing, or Case Management preferred and may be required for some sites
- At least three years of experience as a Registered Nurse in an emergency room, occupational health clinic or other ambulatory care clinic
